This session helps you understand your body’s story, identify key patterns driving your symptoms, and clarify the most important next steps.
Comprehensive Intake & Review
You’ll complete a detailed health history and symptom intake prior to your session. All information is reviewed in advance to identify patterns and connections across systems.
90 -120 Minute 1:1 Insight Session & Summary
During your session, we’ll uncover your core root health patterns, connect the dots between your symptoms, clarify why your body may feel stuck, and give you a simple summary of what matters most right now and what doesn’t.
Clear Pathway Recommendation
Based on what we uncover, you’ll receive clear guidance on your best next step beyond this package, whether that’s continuing into the Rooted Foundations Package, exploring labs or referrals, or focusing on a simple self-guided plan.

Our signature package, typically consisting of 6 to 7 sessions, guides you in understanding your body’s story and taking concrete steps toward healing.
A Health History & Discovery Session
Map your health journey from birth to today
A Nutrition & Lifestyle Session
Initial recommendations + personalized “homework” (e.g., food journal, symptom tracker, sleep assessment, recent labs*)
Pathway Forward Follow-Up Sessions
Assess progress, refine your next steps, and ensure you feel supported (typically 2-3 as needed)

Healing doesn’t stop when your initial package ends. The Living Rooted Membership is for women who have done the foundational work and are ready to keep going — with someone who already knows their story.

1 x 60-minute 1:1 session.
Assess progress, address what’s coming up, and refine your path forward. Available virtually or in person.
Messaging support: Reach out between sessions with questions, updates, or anything that needs attention.
